AUTOMATIC RETURNS

If the signature service is requested, there will be a $29.89 for reshipment if the package is returned back to the sender.

If the signature request is waived or you have signature exemption agreement with FedEx, DHL or other express shipping companies, we will no longer be responsible for loss or damage of the package.

All the international shipping orders and orders with high-value products are signature requested.

All the automatic returns will incur a 15% restocking fee for monetary refund.
FORCE MAJEURE DELAYS
We make the utmost effort to get orders delivered on time as promised. However, we cannot provide shipping refunds in the case of national crises, holidays, natural disasters, carrier delays or other circumstances where the delay is beyond our control.
MILITARY ADDRESS
Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or any of the US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Island or APO and FPO military addresses will be shipped via USPS Regular Service only.
CUSTOM DUTY/ TAX
Due to different personal records of your international packages and different local customs policy, please contact the local customs office for a personal situation. Mirrorpass will give the best support, usually, most of the customers can receive their packages without extra costs.

To more fully meet your international express delivery needs, Mirrorpass and our logistics partners provide you with the services to deliver your shipments to remote locations. Due to the difficulty of dispatching parts in remote areas, the delivery of shipments to such addresses requires an additional fee per ticket.
